Is it the LCD model? Because valve pulled an experimental feature. It momentarily worked on my Xbox series controllers but then it was pulled. I don’t know why, people claim the BT version can’t support wake but that’s obviously false.

Yes, it’s been reintroduced in the latest stable update (3.8)
