@dnkrupinski@hannover.town I totally understand how you feel. My first price increase from a few years ago was $5 to $20 — a much larger increase, percentage-wise! But the situation then was the same as now: a correction to reflect the value of an ever-expanding service (which is *still* undervalued at $50/year).
I’ve received some feedback that that focuses on the percentage of the increase. I think this kind of feedback misses an important point, which is that many of omg.lol’s features would *individually* cost $5/month (which is $60/year!) with other comparable platforms.
But at the end of the day, if you don’t think everything you get with omg.lol is worth $4.17/month, that’s totally understandable. Not everyone sees the value in things the same way, and that’s OK. But I’m finally starting to learn how to properly value *my* own time and energy, and that’s reflected in the updated pricing.
