I saw a raccoon around my chikin run the night before last so last night I set up a funnel of live traps near the entrance. I did not get the raccoon. I got Mr. Skoonk. Mr. Skoonk of course issued a warning shot the moment I got near. I moved the trap with a pitchfork so I could feed the chikins and let them out. Now I have to go out with my Savage bolt action pew-pew lite and deal with Mr. Skoonk, because we have chicks this year and Mr. Skoonk will attack chicks...
