@halla@kde.social Oh wow, really? I have had to travel to South Korea for work several times over the last few years and the food has always been a highlight for me.

@krans@mastodon.me.uk Yes... I don't get it either. So I got me a cook book, a rather posh one, and tried to go through the recipes, as far as a I could. I also got the quick-fix frozen/dried/instant stuff my local asian shops have. I wasn't compatible, for whatever reason. This is on me, of course... And I've never been further east than Bangalore, and now never will, but that never stopped me from making pretty okay miso soup.
