I’m curious what you read out of my comment. Because, to disassemble the prose, my comment equates “health” and “wealth” so that the following desire to “make oligarchs less wealthy” would naturally equate to “make oligarchs less healthy.” The implication being exacting some amount of violence on oligarchs.
