#WritersCoffeeClub May 10: What wisdom do you wish you could share with your younger self? I wish I could tell my teenage self that a particular habit of his was leading to back pain. If he'd known that, we could both have spent far fewer days laid up in bed in our twenties, thirties, and I think even into early forties before I found out what the damn problem was.
