@Morghur@decayable.ink @Owl@shitpost.cloud I just follow the highway code, they say not to even swerve when wild animals run into the street or it can cause accidents. I haven't had it come up yet but I reckon I can go pro se and convince at least one juror that the roadkill kid was close enough to a wild animal for me to be legitimately confused.

Well if the child is black you'll have an easier time convincing the jury because apparently we live in a world where we just kill black children forever.
