Dear local govt official,
You can say you sent out notifications by mail in February. But my house didn't get it, and the three neighbors I asked didn't get it either.
Do you think it's likely that all of us somehow missed the notice?

The official now writes: "No concerns about bike safety at this location were raised during any of those meetings." The meetings you didn't tell the neighbors about?
