@mahryekuh@hachyderm.io Great points in your article. For me the internet was always about information, not good looking websites with a myriad of animations and features. That's why I still stick with HTML and CSS when doing my websites, even though I know a bit of JavaScript. A small animation here and there is ok, but most sites nowadays are so heavy and so full of JS, and I think a reasonable part is just for the sake of it. Indeed, a light website can save your life.
