In the EU we are steering off the "cards" for direct payment systems like BLIK.

@ohir@social.vivaldi.net had heard of BLIK, but only for Poland. We should still issue European cards (now that I think of it, there were credit/fractioned payment cards in my country, Portugal, that weren't from Visa or Mastercard, their usage was just more limited to select shops, now they changed mostly to Mastercard, you can use them anywhere but the discounts/offers are still limited to certain shops...). @thedoctor@polymaths.social @joeress@mastodon.social
