China vs US is like Democrat vs Republican. Like yeah, if you are both going to spy on me, shred human rights, throw people in concentration camps, force me into wage slavery, censor my voice, invade other countries, and on and on, I’d prefer to go with the one who also gives me housing, clean water, usable roads, healthcare, and a modicum of decency. But it would be great to get those benefits and not have the horror show behind it.
