Ten years ago, Britain was promised the world. It has had seven prime ministers and a shrinking economy. The UK will soon have a new PM. Volt strongly encourages whoever takes the keys to Number 10 to take this opportunity to bring the UK back to where it should be: at the very heart of Europe, not on the margins.

@VoltEuropa@mstdn.social Great Britain should not rejoin the European Union as United Kingdom, but instead rejoin as the 4 separate nations; England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. That way England will be unable to drag Scotland & Northern Ireland out of the European Union again like a decade ago. Therefore instead of Volt UK there should be Volt England, Volt Northern Ireland, Volt Scotland, and Volt Wales. 💡
