@NotTheLBCGuy@mstdn.social If you continue to prop up a two party system that leaves the country governed by the Tory party for at least half the time then really your party is a piece of shit. Regardless of whether Labour are actually doing any good or not (which they're not) they will inevitably be replaced by a Tory government at some point which will screw everything up even more.

@NotTheLBCGuy@mstdn.social Labour, like the SNP, is a party whose elected representatives are startlingly to the right of its members. There is something systematic, here, but I think that it is probably that we're now drawing our candidates from a new class of professional politicians, and their class interests are to the right.
