Even with the wide variability of art styles, something about that anime gene creeps you out? That’s fair, but a little sad that keeps you out of it. I was speaking mostly from personal experience. I used to think all anime was adolescent violent wish fulfillment and tits, so I didn’t explore too much, and found plenty of incidenthl confirmation bias.
