They typically are discussing with low voice of internal fights to organize meetings on courses, about meeting organization. This isn't a joke, just a report on conversations I witnessed. Payed to the bone with my taxes. So, I'm pretty confident on how this translates, how it scales, in higher profile EU cathedrals.
