I've just done a new #release of a rather neglected but still useful xmlwrapp library, providing a C++ interface on top of libxml2 and libxslt, see https://github.com/vslavik/xmlwrapp/releases/tag/v0.10.0 The main addition is the new CMake build system which should make the library much simpler to use from the majority of projects.
