I have consistently refused to engage AI in any tasks that require mental effort. Intuitively, I felt that it leads to laziness and eventual deterioration of problem-solving skills. I still consistently challenge myself by solving already solved problems - not because they haven't been solved well already - but in order to maintain my skills.
