Bringing up the patriarchy is a political subject (which can get heated), as well as one that forces cis men to check their privilege (which can be a vulnerable process). But talking critically about AI, people tend to defend it in a similar way that people defend/enable toxic people: „Did you prompt it right“, „it’ll become better in a year“, „you’re doing it injustice and you just hate it for no reason“ etc etc
