Then a ~12 year old kid was like "excuse me? where did you get the pins on your bag? oh is that a trans flag! cool! I'm aroace"
It's nice to get little reminders of why visibility is so important, so worthwhile. I never want to be stealth, I want to be loudly queer, I want people to see how happy I am, I want people to feel inspired and safe just from seeing me around.
