That's also why iMessage and no virtual assistants or cloud services have been designated so far. It also hardly makes sense in the context of Article 7: interoperability between end users only is meant to solve the issue of a NI-ICS being an important gateway for business users to reach end users. Definitely something that needs fixing in DMA2.
