I need a junk aluminium frame to harvest a tube from to repair my bike. I dropped into a community org that recycles bikes, & chatted about getting one that was going to the metal recycler. They asked me to email details to them. I did so.
2 weeks later I sent a follow up email to confirm it was on their mind.
A week later I sent an email from proton instead of my self hosted email just in case it is an email delivery issue.
No replies to any.
I guess I need to visit again.

That is unless someone local (#naarm) has a junk aluminium frame with a 30.9mm seat tube that I can acquire for an appropriate price (it's junk right, $20 is good?) #bikeTooter
