@RTP@fosstodon.org I LOVE #hexchat. It was my goto #IRC client for years. The maintainer abandoned it in Feb of 2024. See - https://hexchat.github.io/news/2.16.2.html
I jumped to #TheLounge because it behaves well on mobile and desktop and maintains connection when I'm not actually using it because I selfhost it 24x7.
