What’s the implication on the use of e-sims? Right now I’m an enjoyer of using Cheogram with one of those vacation e-sim providers. It provides me with 30 days of cheap data, and then Cheogram gives me a number for voip and texting. This seems like it would tank the vacation e-sim market in the US.

The “privacy nightmare” that is literally already the case in most of the rest of the world since 10+ years. I totally get why people are concerned about is, but the ignorance at display is quite astonishing.
