I have never seen Scratch give a fullscreen forced "re-agree to our TOS" popup before, which is terrifying considering their new terms allow training of AI on children's creative projects. (granted I don't log on very often but I've still never seen this before) Also remember, Scratch has an offline-only editor https://scratch.mit.edu/download (which you can't download if you're signed in without agreeing to their ToS), and it's open source so there's https://turbowarp.org (online and offline) and https://penguinmod.com (online)
