@MBrandtner@gruene.social I was adressed with "liebchen" by a cashier at DM once. My first unspoken reaction was "I am NOT a feeble old woman!" 🤣
Only "love" is somehow acceptable. 🤭

@HeyLaiverd@mastodon.nl @MBrandtner@gruene.social @madcollector@retro.pizza Oh! I love it, it is so heartwarming. Maybe "Liebes" or "mein Herz" - but these are very personal and intimate cosenames. Maybe we should transfer "luv" to germany. Why not? There are a lot of loanwords (like f-word) - using a nice one is something new. My pupils use "Bro" - dosen't matter if it is a girl or boy to them.
