They’re both shit. Almonds and cashews take a fuckton of water to grow. Then they add more water to make “milk” to ship around the country.
Make your own oat milk. Is superior to all other milks and you don’t need fancy equipment to do it

It becomes very slimy, I’ve tried it. People say you need enzymes. I’ve considered spitting in it, but that would mean others won’t drink it. Personally, I use soy milk for nearly everything. Also, this post is about milking nuts. Oats are not nuts.
