Waited 3 months for the cpap suppliers to get my order shipped. Twice they simply forgot to ship it and now that it’s finally arrived they shipped the wrong part. Didn’t even call them back, just ordered the parts off Amazon. Your prices won’t always lose customers to Amazon but your incompetence surely will.
