Black Road Mid-February, and we're crossing the north of Iceland for a 16 day tour. The weather has been kind to us; cold and snowing, of course, but we expected that. What we didn't expect was how stunningly beautiful the landscape can become when covered in snow and ice. The ever-changing light adds to the appeal.
