Absolute desperation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5l3flLK-xw I mean, sure, I guess it's POSSIBLE that landlords are burning down houses before they sell, but if they're not I can't see how renters can conceivably be harmed by landlords selling. (selling like idiots, given that the existing landlords are grandfathered-in)
