the only reason to use multimode these days is if you've already got a bunch of SFPs/fiber for it or it's for fibre channel between a SAN and some HBAs
tell me more about the project to see what kind of jacket the fiber cable will need

2 runs, actually - one interior pull through a wall down from the first floor down into the basement - one pull from the basement interior out to the exterior, up to the second floor then back inside
