I'm not going to say the Kiwifarms people are GOOD per se, and my interactions with them were limited, but more extensive than the limited interactions I've had with turds here who thought they were spamming me with images of trannies jacking off. I never even had to mute someone from Kiwifarms, but it might be a different crowd today.
