@inverseatascii@techhub.social I used to just run caffeine, which worked reliably in PopOS 22.04. It just doesn't work correctly in 24.04 (in my case, at least). Might be a Wayland vs X11 thing. I would chase it down, but it's easier to just lock the machine and plug one of these micro controllers in. It works 100%, every time, on any OS, and an update's not going to break it.
