The term “healthy cities” provided a more useful perspective. • Designing a bomb shelter: If it’s only designed for safety, it becomes depressing because then all it is, is a reminder that the outside is not safe. Bomb shelters that work well are also used in normal daily life—e.g., a movie theater.
