The sign-up process at Costco is a bit convoluted. I had to make an appointment to receive either the Pfizer or Moderna shot, then call in the day of the appointment to specifically ask for Novavax. 2/n

I had signed up to receive the primary series since AstraZeneca has not been approved in the United States, but per my opening statement, the CDC still says that I am only booster-eligible. As I already knew, Novavax comes in 10-dose lots, so if nobody else came in within 6 hours to get either the Novavax primary series or booster, 9 doses would have to be thrown out. That will probably happen as the last person who received a Novavax shot at this location was almost a week ago. 3/n
