Without kindness, truth easily becomes a weapon. With kindness, truth becomes recognisable. It stops arguing and starts healing. Ancient teachings from India and Tibet often speak of breath, attention, stillness, and the loosening of the separate self. I do not meet these ideas as museum pieces. I meet them in a modern body, in ordinary daily breathwork, sitting quietly, breathing slowly, and noticing what falls away. There is something humbling about experiencing an ancient practice in a modern life. The language may be old, but the breath is happening now. The body may belong to this century, but the doorway feels timeless. Modern physics does not prove these teachings, and it does not need to. But it has certainly made the old, solid view of matter feel less complete. What once looked fixed, separate, and obvious now appears more fluid, relational, and mysterious. For me, the important thing is not winning an argument about reality. It is whether what we see and practise makes us gentler, clearer, and less willing to harm. Without kindness, truth easily becomes a weapon. With kindness, truth becomes recognisable. It stops arguing and starts healing. #fasting #acim #acourseinmiracles #newthought #eckharttolle #buddhism #breathwork #connection #healing #pridemonth #Karma #TrueNature #Awakening #Meditation #Mindfulness #Spirituality #intermittentfasting #nonduality #reality #life #kindness
