Even easier, have their TV/Printer/toothbrush(at this point fml) connect to another in the vicinity that is connected.
If two people in an apartment have a Vizio TV and one is disconnected from the mesh... well, in this scenario, they both are, via the other.
...if one company were so evil and inclined, that is, hypothetically speaking.
