Wow where the f do you come from? Must be one hell of a neighborhood. I dont think your comment is true even in the worst ghettos though. Also there are not “tens of millions of hardcore drug addicts” in the US. Maybe if you count alcohol and weed, but thats not my definition of hardcore.
