    @light_bulbs@mastodon.green I just listened to a talk on Rabbinic Judaism and the concept of multiple opposing ideas is not an indicator of wrongness but the source of multiple truths. In case of disagreement there's a vote if common practice necessiates it. The agreed vote does not implicate that the other ideas are ruled out forever they are just not applied for the time being or until further consideration.
