Think I am going to make kalua pork tomorrow. Slow cooked smokey pork, rich macaroni salad, savory sweet rice with teriyaki sauce Sounds like it would be perfect on Friday mainly because I am so worn out I don't want to do anything Friday except sit in my garden, eat food, and drink delicious cocktails. I'll pick up some vodka, Midori, Galliano, and Triple Sec.
