this is not something i plan to continue working on, mostly a proof of concept for a wild idea that i had. i can't develop it further on my own, i can't really defend its practicality, i can only present a different perspective on what the core of an operating system could be by design. maybe i have no idea what i'm doing at all. anyway it's out there in the world. critique it, play with the idea, use it to inspire thinking outside the box.
