@peachfront@toot.community @chrisabides@infosec.exchange so many internet platforms have become obsessed with algorithms and AI. I wonder if they know what they're doing. On YouTube most of the recommendations I get are garbage, the algorithm is useless, actually it's counterproductive. Companies just want to control everything and manipulate users' behaviour instead of giving us agency.
