@b0rk@social.jvns.ca Of course, people should use what they want - but it's the same that people who are using LLMs and finding them useful being shouted down by people who don't understand they can be used sanely if people take care.

@penguin42@mastodon.org.uk personally I sometimes see LLM use that the LLM user says is fine but that does not feel fine to me (like it's not something I would be comfortable doing) and also sometimes I use an LLM in a way that I think is fine but then it turns out to not be as ok as I thought I'm not shouting at anyone about it but I guess I understand the skepticism and I feel like we don't have a good shared understanding of what it means to "take care"
