The adoption methodology and general outcome of FB was VASTLY different from AI...and I'm sorry if it hurt you, 15 years ago. FB dumbed down the landscape, for sure...but it didn't directly compete to take away jobs, didn't burn through water at a criminal level, and hasn't been literally proven to make people less able to solve problems.
