Or was Facebook actually more annoying, but just not for these people that went along? When everyone suddenly was in WhatsApp and Facebook, while I wasn't, it definitely felt much worse to me than any AI offerings, which I can just deny without any direct consequences, or check for alternatives, or just wait. I don't see any point where - in my personal life - anybody or anything forces me into AI usage.
