@josh@kiwifarms.cc @crunklord420@kiwifarms.cc They've put more tonnage into space than every other government and private company. They also pushed forward JPL's plasma thruster development to a functional state after it had stalled out in the 90s. Elon is 100% a grifter, but the stuff SpaceX is developing and the fact they are dragging NASA out of its 30 year planned decline is genuinely impressive.

@josh@kiwifarms.cc yes Starlink is part of SpaceX. Starlink is more important than all those other corps put together. SpaceX also handles the payloads for Starlink competitors. They own space right now.
