@jbenjamint@mastodon.scot IIRC you can't choose an option for certain cookies on the Guardian, all or nothing. I have also seen certain ZS papers which say "read for three with cookies and tracking", you approve and then, after the first paragraph of text you're forced to sign up and pay or leave.

@uc@mastodon.scot Could well be - I'm not 100% sure about the Guardian since I have an account and subscription so don't see the pop up any more!
