That fucking sucks and I would say I hope they sue, but honestly they're kinda dumbasses and I find it hard to sympathize with dumbasses. I hope they all cancel their accounts though and finally burst this AI bubble, since this was the endgame all along. Also, laws are so bullshit that any lawsuits would just get dismissed with "shoulda read the terms and conditions" nonsense...
