Say what you want, but in countries with "internal passport" (like the national ID card issued in many Latin American and European countries) this is less likely to happen.

@microblogc@neopaquita.es this woman was detained even though she had valid state identification that the arresting officer could easily verify with the state’s online database, but chose not to.
