@JennyFluff@chitter.xyz @aks@scalie.zone TIL the ANSI escape sequences (used to hide the printed code in the terminal: ESC[2K, just with unicode for the escape). https://www2.ccs.neu.edu/research/gpc/VonaUtils/vona/terminal/vtansi.htm Fun stuff (and not something I've used myself in 30 years of terminal life, but I feel I should have before!) 💡

@imrehg@fosstodon.org @aks@scalie.zone I was wondering about the purpose; I guess this signals something to the genai agent to stop?

@imrehg@fosstodon.org @JennyFluff@chitter.xyz @aks@scalie.zone this time gap illustrates the gap between adversarial use cases and delight the user use cases, which use case was the norm back before September. Putting money into the internet has attracted adversaries. Someone that has a website with ads on it should put in hidden text to influence the ad auctions, get some money from the poor security companies.
