Everything ~can~ be a political statement. Including job listings, & resumes.
Their listing is saying "one could -not get jobs for not having LLM skills." Which is a quite, indirect way for the industry to make LLM skills a professional requirement.
While a resume with "I have ethical issues with LLMs" says they could not- fill a position for being too precious with LLM requirements/ expectations. And one should be prepared to politely, courteously support that view in an interview.

@robyn@yeg.bike Someone might not get a job this way. But it makes the statement "this is not a technology without issue." But, it's also possible the hiring manager is required to put that in the listing by their boss. But the company isnt really that precious about the requirement.
